The trainer explained that data is very important in AI and ML, but it becomes useful only when it is properly analyzed and presented. Power BI helps users convert raw data into meaningful insights through charts, graphs, dashboards, and reports.

During the session, students learned how to import datasets into Power BI and organize the data in a structured way. The trainer also demonstrated how to clean the data, remove errors, and prepare it for analysis. After that, participants were taught how to create different types of visualizations such as bar charts, pie charts, and line graphs. These visual tools help people understand complex data easily.
